Ingredients

  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Crush mint leaves at the bottom of the glass, squeeze 1/2 lime then add ice and water! Enjoy!

  3. Mint or peppermint are good ones to start with, but you can try also rosemary or lavender too. You can also add any other fruit! Citrus are a great one because they add a bit of vitamin C as well, try oranges and or mandarins.
